Deposits
A deposit will be required upon booking a new service. Deposits are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Deposits will be taken off of your total at checkout.
Late Policy
A 15 minute grace period will be given to those running late. After 15 minutes, a new booking and a new deposit will be required. Appointments are not guaranteed after the grace period is over.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is asked if you know you can’t make your appointment. Failure to do so will require a new deposit upon rebooking.
Upon Arrival
Upon arriving, please message my number stating you have arrived! I will be out to greet you shortly.
Number will be sent upon email confirmation
Parking
There may not be room to park on the driveway upon arrival. If that is the case, you can park on Wild Meadow St., 2 houses down.
This Is A Home
Please keep in mind that this is a home. Other people do live here and could be using communal facilities at the time of your appointment. Please be mindful that there could be noise
Referrals
Those who refer family & friends will receive $10 off their service. Referrals are to be disclosed a checkout.
Photos
Photos may be taken during the service however they will not be posted unless a consent form has been filled out. One will be appointed to you at the studio when you arrive if you would like.
Pre-Mature Chipping
If your nails start chipping 24-48 hours after your service, you are eligible for a free fix. After 48 hours, you may be eligible for a DISCOUNTED fix.
